1. What is the purpose of this program?

Voices CAMP is an interdisciplinary arts and media summer apprenticeship
for youth combining hip hop poetry, visual arts, web multimedia, digital music
and performance. Participants partake in a youth-led community action research
project implemented through arts expression (poetry, visual arts, performance)
and digital multimedia communication (video, radio, web).

Voices CAMP is a media-arts summer program for teens (age 14-18) presented by
Voices of the New Millenium (VNM), with funding by After School Matters

4. How can I sign up for the program?

Visit the website at kidstart/afterschoolmaters to sign-up. Mentors join the volunteer
network
and help teens succeed today.
